OMG Caroline, this was so so powerful! The way you described most of the women we see around us is just perfect! So perfect it actually hurts a bit to think all women have a little bit of the 'I'm fine' inside of us 💔
Now that I'm learning to express how I feel, and feel safe in it, it's truly eye opening. First, how hard it is! For me it always preceedthis fight or flight response, I feel fear. And after I let it out and actually express it out loud, it just feels so damn relieving!
I don't feel as drained as I'm used to. My emotional ability has improved 100%!
