Oh how I love these!!!
Stone in shoe. Reminds me of you. It's complete. It's awesome.
Garden hoe. One innocent step. WHAM.
Take the complainer's pain, ball it up, throw it back - don't we all wanna do that!!!
You are the master at saying in a few words the things that we struggle to endure.
Do you have any poems to eulogize your dear little beagle or your beloved cats?
Bobi the Bad (also the Beatific, some days) went down on Sunday.
I'm not ready yet to write about it.
Age 16. Renal failure. Stopped eating. Four vet visits, various meds, expensive and ineffective.
When our pets age, the extreme measures to prolong their days is NOT IN THEIR BEST INTEREST.
More on that another day...
Oh no! I'm so sorry! Both of them gone now! He had a great life with you guys, all 16 years, many with Prince.
I have this one handy:
The last time I saw you
my tears glistened in your fur.
You grew cold in my arms
as I held your last bit of warmth more tightly
and purred
Please do let me know more. I've been using this computer to access my email account, so go ahead and contact me there.

THANK YOU, @owasco!
Love the poem!!!
Solensia (for cats)
(Librella for dogs)
I'll have to post about the expensive Rx treatments hastening the demise of our pets,
making their final days more miserable....
Solensia Killed My Cat! Solensia & Portela: Side Effects, Support, Lawsuit

Homeopathic Symphytum 200c taken at the same time as Rhus tox 300c works beautifully for humans, dogs and cats. Twice a day! Post that please. I can't do FB.
Best advice I can give is DO NOT TAKE PHARMACEUTICALS UNLESS IT'S LIFE OR DEATH. Homeopathy has been beneficial for many cases of every disease there is. Even iatrogenic.

Wow!
I'm still on a beta blocker. Mom, sister, husband, for years, have been on statin + low-thyroid meds.
Of course the FDA approved Solensia and Convenia, and pet owners reporting side effects are confusing cause and effect - it's maddening - the way statistics are obfuscated and anecdotal evidence is ignored or maligned.
Thank you again for the homeopathic remedies you sent last year!!!
They want us to disregard what we see for ourselves. and to regard their lies, their marketing strategies, as absolute truth. They want us to see them as gods, to follow their dictates with religious zeolatry. Most of us do. So many over 60 are on statins it does not make any sense at all. How can so many of us need those?! Same with hypothyroid meds. Every time they change a blood test level that is considered normal, they cause a few more million of us to qualify for a med. Most of us are taking their snake oils and suffering from them. It's absurd.
Are you taking the Ignatia and, if so, have you gotten some relief? What's the beta blocker for? Blood pressure?
I need to restart the ignatia (thanks!) - it helped when Prince died and may help again with the recent loss of the cat. I've been on a betablocker for almost 30 years now, for tachycardia, not for high blood pressure (mine was and still is 90/50). Does the atenolol ward off tachycardia attacks? It seems to. I'd like to try going off it. A friend got off her statins and her synthroid, but she eats meat, fish, veggies, and fruit, and little else - rarely grains - breaded shrimp set off the coughing fits of sarcoidosis (she has that, too, AND a cataract that's left her almost no vision in one eye, but she keeps putting off the surgery).
You're right. Doctors cite numbers and throw Rx drugs at us.
Thyroid numbers are especially elusive.
Everyone in the Midwest (or north, like you) is low on Vitamin D.
We are all told to take pills to counteract it.
So many pills!
Send in more naturopaths and homeopathy practioners!
