Con mi edad he podido robarle algunos secretos a la vida y me gustaría compartirlos con ustedes: ¿qué podemos hacer para no deprimirnos?, para no desfallecer en el medio de ese huracán de hostilidades que la vida nos presenta diariamente. Desde esta plataforma, "Kon-tiki" de esperanza para los que gustamos escribir les digo que el primer secreto es, precisamente, la estrategia de expresarnos, otro secreto es mantenernos útiles, solidarios y ejercer el trabajo voluntario, mantenernos ocupados con la mente y con las manos. Relacionarnos con personas que tengan intereses parecidos, nos hará ver que los problemas que consideras graves no son 'imbatibles'. Tener mascota y un jardín también ayuda. ¡Un abrazo para todos! ¡Nos encontramos en Hive!
At my age I have been able to steal some secrets from life and I would like to share them with you: what can we do to not get depressed? So as not to faint in the middle of that hurricane of hostilities that life presents us daily.
