This is very useful to read for everybody, regardless of their status, if they post or not on Hive. On a personal level you can never bee too sure of your communication skills and constant check and improvement is needed. Changed behaviour is indeed the best apology and I think that it is good to be very much in tune with your own emotions and evaluate them thoroughly before posting. Words and labels trigger and judgement, criticism can go very wrong. People like to feel inspired and lifted up rather than judged and put into a corner. Communication is therefore a bit of language, emotional intelligence and self awareness served on a plate meant for mutual learning. Both parts are able to learn something from each other when communication is successful😊Your post is a great reminder, thank you!
