Dry and warm

Dry and hot are the two extremes but both are source of life, now paradoxically both humid or dry heat can be deadly.

Knowing how humidity works and what happens to our bodies is crucial when it comes to taking care of our body's health, since dry heat has the advantage of cooling us while we are in the shade.

However, getting the ambient temperature and body sweat down is only a matter of nature, that is to say, it does not depend on us.
