Sheila knew Agnes was going through it – her friend again was up hollow-eyed and drinking coffee.
“Another nightmare, Aggie?” Sheila said.
“Yes, but the people in my nightmares only exist in my life as fading memories. I'm safe at last.”
Agnes seems to be torment on her dreams, it's good that Sheila was with her to look after her.
