Your English is great, a damn sight better than my Italian anyway. I did learn the two magic words molto caldo when I lived in Palermo for a little while though . Without them it's impossible to get a HOT cappucino. Bloody Italians and their cold hot drinks! :)
😂... italian is not easy, expecially in the south like palermo where there is much mixing with the dialect... if you would have live in the north you would have learn the magic blasphemies we use here instead, like in every sentence and not even for anger
