One major thing to note about talent is that it speaks for itself, when you see talent, you recognize it. Talent does not need much introduction, it's value is known when we see the work.
A talented designer is world class, the work of his hands can speak for him anywhere. Anytime I work with talented folks, I don't tell them what to do. I just say they should surprise me, give me what you've got. I only need the final results, all that transpired is not the matter but the quality of the result.
This act help their confidence and make them do their best, I trust them not to let me down.
