Not until recently, I never knew it took more than just looking for a job to be a bartender. The job description looks so complicated, it seem as if they were schooled in the art. Just like the James Bond movies, "shaken not stirred". I would be like, what's the difference?
Mixing different cocktail and knowing the exact measure for each of the ingredient mixed. It is really tasking, or maybe it is my imagination. But I really feel it takes a lot to satisfy the customers, especially those that are familiar and very good with drinks. I would really love to have an idea about the drinks, and I know it takes time to master because the more you do these things, the better you get.
