¿Cómo han pasado estos casi dos años de pandemia? Seguramente se a distanciado de sus familias y amigos.
En algunos casos la distancia es mucho más grande y seguramente porque sus familiares se encuentran en ciudades distintas y por distintos factores ha sido imposible reencontrarse.
How have you spent these almost two years of the pandemic? Surely you have distanced yourself from your family and friends. In some cases the distance is much greater and probably because their relatives are in different cities and for different reasons it has been impossible to meet again.
En mi caso particular me identifico mucho, pues vivo distanciado de mis familiares pues algunos viven a tres horas de viaje, otros a quince horas y otros están fuera del país y aunque hablamos por vídeo llamadas y llamadas y conferencia con ellos, no es lo mismo pues necesitamos ese calor de familia y muchas veces recurrimos a nuestro álbum de fotos de la familia o vemos las fotos en nuestros teléfonos para recordarlos.
In my particular case I identify myself a lot, because I live far away from my relatives, some live three hours away, others fifteen hours away and others are out of the country and although we talk by video calls and conference calls with them, it is not the same because we need that warmth of family and many times we resort to our family photo album or see the photos on our phones to remember them.
Factores como la gasolina que ha sido muy escasa acá en el país y con poca gasolina es imposible viajar, también el factor dinero ya que la economía no es muy buena y el sueldo solo alcanza para medio comer, y también las restricciones por medio de las autoridades de pasar de una ciudad a otra por motivos de COVID-19.
Factors such as gasoline which has been very scarce here in the country and with little gasoline it is impossible to travel, also the money factor since the economy is not very good and the salary is only enough to half eat, and also the restrictions by the authorities to move from one city to another for COVID-19 reasons.
El año pasado gracias a Dios puede tener un encuentro con mis padres luego de un año y medio que no los veía pero eso no es suficiente pues también tenemos otros familiares que deseamos ver porque los amamos mucho; pero tengo muchas esperanzas en que las cosas van a pasar y vendrán buenos momentos para poder compartir con nuestros familiares y amigos.
Last year, thanks to God, I was able to have a meeting with my parents after a year and a half without seeing them, but that is not enough because we also have other family members that we want to see because we love them very much; but I am very hopeful that things will happen and there will be good times to share with our family and friends.
Reflexionar en esto me ayuda a seguir adelante a seguir luchando, a seguir peleando con este COVID-19 ya que él no podrá vencernos y cuando ese día llegue vamos a ser más felices de lo que ya somos.
Reflecting on this helps me to keep going forward, to keep fighting, to keep fighting with this COVID-19 because it will not be able to defeat us and when that day comes we will be happier than we already are.
Reflexión: no te desanimes, sigue luchando pues la victoria es de los que están peleando para ganar; el COVID-19 no nos va a derrotar tengamos fe.

Reflection: do not get discouraged, keep fighting because victory belongs to those who are fighting to win; COVID-19 will not defeat us, let us have faith.
