She thought everything was all right, she trusted her husband and ignored what others told her about her husband. She strongly believed that her husband still loved her the way he did since back in university days.
But while she chose to believe what she believed, things weren't actually what she thought it is. Multiple red flags were shared to her such that her husband is always having lunch with a particular female colleague and when on leave, the leave duration between the two of them is exactly the same.
At this stage, it is already a very bad sign that is so glaring to others. She just continued to ignore and assumed nothing happened. And it was up till the very moment when her husband told her that he needs to go on a short business travel overseas for about a week.
And when he finally came home, as the door opened, he appeared with that colleague with a newborn in one hand and divorce papers in the other.
