Joseph had always been a generally low productive worker. His average performance is under par and tends to come in late and knock off early. This behaviour and work performance is closely monitored by his supervisor. However, Jospeh was a very likeable man. He is well liked by his peers as he is always the cheerful one who will bring joy and laughter to all those around him. He will also encourage his peers when they are feeling down.
A nice worker whom is not delivering work wise. In view of this, his supervisor wanted to give him one last chance and wanted to kick him harder literally to let him know that he needs to perform otherwise when times are bad, he will be the first to go. He called Jospeh into the room and told him to buck up and be the one he truly supposed to be and give his best efforts to his work else it will be tough to keep him.
Joseph apologized and vowed to work harder giving his all in everything he do.
