It has been a while since Uncle John visited the coffeeshop as he had jus return from China after being there to expand his business for a good 5 years. This is the coffeeshop that had his memories from young and he missed the taste so much because he didn't get to have a cup since 5 years ago.
He ordered his favourite Nanyang Coffee, a coffee that originates from the region he lived in. When the coffee is served, the same aroma came from the coffee and Uncle John is ready to take his first sip after 5 years.
However, as he drank his first sip, he felt something was different. It is not the usual flavour that he is used to. There seem to be something more to the usual taste that he is familiar with. He went to check with the counter and the staff told him, ever since the business is taken over by the son of the previous owner, the new owner had been trying to improve the coffee they make and hence he added a little dash of cocoa butter into the coffee during roasting of the coffee beans to enrich the taste.
Uncle John was impressed and continued his usual daily routine of visiting the coffee shop to have his morning Nanyang Coffee.
