Las reglas siempre han existido, para una sana convivencia, para el orden, para la salvación.
Estas parecen estar cambiando o adaptándose a nuestros tiempos, cosas que eran impensables hace unos siglos atrás, ahora son tan naturales como respirar.
El dicho que dice las reglas se hicieron para romperse, no es un lema muy conveniente a seguir. Pienso que las legras se hicieron para protegernos.
Son sólo 10, todas las que conseguimos en los manuales, en las normas de convivencia del colegio, en casa, en mi sociedad, todas se desprenden de estas 10.
Si los 10 mandamientos:
I) Amarás a Dios por sobre todas las cosas.
II) No tomarás el Nombre de Dios en vano.
III) Santificarás las fiestas en nombre de Dios.
IV) Honrarás a tu padre y a tu madre.
V) No matarás.
VI) No cometerás actos impuros.
VII) No robarás.
VIII) No darás falso testimonio ni mentirás.
IX) No consentirás pensamientos ni deseos impuros.
X) No codiciarás los bienes ajenos.
Resumidas en el Amor. Amar a Dios y amar a nuestro prójimo.
Con amor en mi corazón, no podré herir al prójimo de ninguna manera, y eso incluye quitar sus peternencias, codiciar, envidiar, levantar falso testimonio, ni mucho menos robar su vida.
Estas reglas nos protegen en este mundo y mas aún nos conducen al encuentro con Dios, a la vida eterna.
Rules have always existed, for a healthy coexistence, for order, for salvation.
They seem to be changing or adapting to our times, things that were unthinkable a few centuries ago, are now as natural as breathing.
The saying that rules were made to be broken is not a very convenient motto to follow. I think that legras were made to protect us.
They are only 10, all the ones we get in the manuals, in the rules of coexistence at school, at home, in my society, all stem from these 10.
If the 10 commandments:
I) Thou shalt love God above all things.
II) Thou shalt not take God's name in vain.
III) Thou shalt hallow the feasts in the name of God.
IV) Thou shalt honor thy father and mother.
V) Thou shalt not kill.
VI) Thou shalt not commit impure acts.
VII) Thou shalt not steal.
VIII) Thou shalt not bear false witness or lie.
IX) Thou shalt not consent to impure thoughts and desires.
X) Thou shalt not covet the goods of others.
Summarized in Love. Love God and love our neighbor.
With love in my heart, I will not hurt my neighbor in any way, and that includes taking his or her property, coveting, envying, bearing false witness, much less stealing his or her life.
These rules protect us in this world and furthermore lead us to the encounter with God, to eternal life.
