Para todos hay algo que nos pueda gustar y no necesariamente puede ser en este caso lo que coincida con el de otra persona, y de igual manera pasa a muchos otros casos, como puede ser por ejemplo que nos pueda aterrorizar, ya que por ejemplo hay personas que pueden tener ciertas fobias a unas cosas y no a otras, o que pueden “resistir” a ciertas cosas que otras personas de plano no.
Y fue algo que vi una vez con unos amigos que conocí en la universidad, pues estos eran novios y vivían juntos en un estudio cerca de mi casa y con el tiempo nos hicimos buenos amigos, y recuerdo que en una de esas tantas veces que nos fuimos a estudiar a su casa, recuerdo que estábamos ya en el asunto con una gran cantidad de libros, guías y demás en la mesa y había un calor infernal.
En esto estábamos ahí comprobando unos ejercicios cuando el muchacho va a la cocina y nos grita “¡una cucaracha, una cucaracha, mátenla, mátenla!” y yo viendo esto me rio porque este era un tanto gracioso el grito y que aparte él es una persona que siempre está buscando la manera de hacer reír a todos, por lo que no me lo tome en serio y solo le dije “¡aplástala con una sandalia o algo!”.
A lo que su novia me dice, “ayúdalo ahí en serio, no es echando broma que lo dice”, y cuando voy al lugar el amigo estaba subido a una silla y la cucaracha a menos de medio metro de él en el suelo, por lo que agarre una sandalia de la muchacha y la aplaste, y luego él sale y me dice “me salvaste” y ya cuando está en el suelo me ve y me dice ¿sabes que todo era broma, cierto? y yo si claro por eso aquel grito y el de Sonia (la novia) diciendo que le ayudara.
Y ella me ve y me dice “ahí si Juan Ricardo si es valiente cuando ya se mueren las cucarachas”, a lo que yo por dejarle tranquilo le digo “tranquilo amigo que ya sé que la que tiene el cinturón en la casa es Sonia jaja”, y este se ríe y me dice “el que manda soy yo”, pero pese a parecer un fisicoculturista prácticamente le da terror un animalito tan pequeño.

And it was something I saw once with some friends I met in college, because they were boyfriend and girlfriend and lived together in a studio near my house and over time we became good friends, and I remember that one of those many times we went to study at his house, I remember we were already in the matter with a lot of books, guides and so on on the table and there was a hellish heat.
In this we were there checking some exercises when the boy goes to the kitchen and shouts "a cockroach, a cockroach, kill it, kill it!" and I seeing this I laughed because this was somewhat funny the cry and that besides he is a person who is always looking for ways to make everyone laugh, so I did not take it seriously and just told him "smash it with a sandal or something!".
To which his girlfriend tells me, "help him there seriously, it is not joking that he says it", and when I go to the place the friend was on a chair and the cockroach was less than half a meter away from him on the floor, so I grabbed a sandal from the girl and crushed it, and then he comes out and tells me "you saved me" and when he is on the floor he sees me and tells me you know it was all a joke, right? and I do of course that's why that scream and Sonia (the girlfriend) telling me to help him.
And she sees me and says "that's when Juan Ricardo is brave when the cockroaches are already dying", to which I tell him "relax my friend, I know that Sonia is the one with the belt in the house haha", and he laughs and tells me "I'm the one in charge", but despite looking like a bodybuilder, he is practically terrified of such a small animal.
