Es importante conocer ciertos aspectos de un país, sea que lo visitemos o que simplemente queramos conocer de estos para fines recreativos o de instrucción, pues algunas veces no tenemos la posibilidad de visitarlos y palpar en carne todo esto, pero como decía mi abuelita, hay que viajar, y a veces la manera más económica cuando no se tiene dinero para hacerlo, es ver en la televisión o en internet por ejemplo estos documentales o videos que si permiten echar un vistazo de otros horizontes.
Y por ejemplo, algo que me gusta a mí hacer, fuera de lo relacionado a arquitectura y cultura, es lo relacionado con la comida nativa, pues por ejemplo, viendo esto nos podemos dar una idea de otro aspecto importante, a mí, por ejemplo, me gusta tanto verlos como pasar a la práctica en este aspecto, y aunque algunas veces por ejemplo no veamos que se consigan todos, los ingredientes, bien sean porque no son propios del país o que ya no los traen, siempre se puede conseguir otra receta que si vaya acorde a lo que se tenga.
Pues al final en lo personal me gusta inventar, pues como digo yo, al que le gusta comer, tiene que saber cocinar, y en mi caso es así, por lo que no tengo problemas en agarrar una receta y darle mi toque o ajustarla a lo que creo le cae mejor y ponerle ese agregado que da valor. Pues la cocina es invención, la cocina es creatividad y como en todo si se hace con amor, pues que mejor ingrediente que este para la receta que hagamos.

Cooking is invention, cooking is creativity and as in everything if it is done with love, what better ingredient than this for the recipe we make.
