Es posible que muchas veces cuando hablamos de un líder, por ejemplo, se nos venga a la mente lo que puede ser un jefe en el trabajo o algo por el estilo, cuando la realidad es que no necesariamente tiene que ser este tipo de figura, porque podemos ser inclusive nosotros los que seamos los líderes de algo, aunque sea pequeño en nuestra comunidad.
Pues un líder puede ser considerado también inclusive un padre en un hogar, un sacerdote en una iglesia, etc, y pues al igual que lo que es un jefe, es o sería lo correcto que por ejemplo estas personas trabajen con el ejemplo, pues no necesariamente el buen predicador o el buen jefe, es aquel que solo manda, pues no, es necesariamente alguien que pueda trabajar correctamente con las personas, pues no es el deber ser de alguien que ocupe un cargo de este estilo.
Pues el ejemplo, junto con lo que se dice, es la manera correcta de guiar o canalizar a las personas a las metas, ya que dar órdenes no sirve de nada cuando muchas veces los subordinados o seguidores pueden reflexionar del caso y decir, oye, pero si el “jefe” no hace lo que dice o no da el ejemplo de lo que dice que se practique, y es donde empiezan las disputas, es por esto que hay que tener en cuenta que no es lo mismo muchas veces entre las figuras de jefe y líder.
Y que hay personas con este tipo de vocación o don para poder ayudar a los demás a aprovechar sus talentos, por ejemplo dentro de una organización o actividad a desenvolver y que la cosa no es solo dar unos gritos y apurar a las personas, sino “carrear” la carreta y trabajar como un sistema de engranes muy bien ajustados.

And that there are people with this type of vocation or gift to be able to help others to take advantage of their talents, for example within an organization or activity to develop and that the thing is not just to give a few shouts and hurry people, but "carrear" the cart and work as a system of gears very well adjusted.
