Hay veces que por más que uno quiere ayudar a las personas, estas no se dejan ayudar, ya que de cierta manera se cierran a sus ideas y no escuchan o toman en cuenta lo que puede ser la opinión de alguien que pueda conocer de la materia incluso mas de lo que este pueda conocer, y es la razón por la cual algunas veces se ven unas cosas que bueno..
Y es que hace poco una prima, nos consultó sobre lo que podrían hacer en un espacio que mi tío les dejó para que construyeran su casa, y pues mi tío consciente de que mi papá es ingeniero civil, y que yo tengo buenas ideas y noción de este tipo de cosas, pues le comentó a ella y a su marido que antes de siquiera poner un bloque en el lugar consultaran con nosotros para que no hicieran una “locura”.
Pues la idea de estos era simplemente hacer una pequeña cocina adjunta a una sala y dos habitaciones “pequeñas” (según ellos), pues querían un espacio de 4x4 para esta, cosa que simplemente al ver el espacio que les ofrecieron, sabíamos que ciertamente esto no iba a poder ser posible.. ya que para todo lo que querían, era complicado meter todo en un mismo nivel.
Nosotros les consultamos que porque tan grande estos dormitorios, pues estos literalmente eran gigantes y pues obtendrían un gran espacio inutilizado al final del día, por lo que se desperdiciarían algunos m3 que son valiosos a fin de cuenta.. y su razón fue que simplemente les gustaban ese tipo de dormitorios, uno para ellos y el otro dormitorio seria para su bebé.
La única propuesta de un solo nivel que logró encajar, daba en dos cuartos pequeños, en los que fueran a lo mucho, 2x3, para que a duras penas pudieran tener todo los requerimientos que estos solicitaban, y aun así demostrándoles físicamente que el espacio no daba para hacer estas, estos se enfrascaron en que querían igualmente sus “playas” de 4x4..
Por lo que, aunque sabemos que su presupuesto es limitado, se les ofreció la idea de hacer una construcción multinivel y con esto si cuadrar el espacio necesario para hacer realidad aquello, pero teniendo en cuenta que el costo seria muchísimo mayor y que necesitarían anexar una parte de la segunda planta de la casa de mi tío para poder cubrir estas necesidades.
Para hacerles el cuento corto, al final se dieron cuenta que lo que querían es una locura y que el presupuesto par hacer aquello, es demasiado para el cual disponen, por lo que se están replanteando aceptar nuestra propuesta sencilla pero que les puede facilitar la existencia y poder tener una casa propia.

There are times that no matter how much you want to help people, they do not let you help them, because in a certain way they are closed to their ideas and do not listen or take into account what may be the opinion of someone who may know about the subject even more than what he may know, and that is the reason why sometimes you see some things that well....
And recently a cousin consulted us about what they could do in a space that my uncle left them to build their house, and my uncle, aware that my dad is a civil engineer, and that I have good ideas and notion of this kind of things, told her and her husband that before even putting a block in the place, they should consult with us so they would not do something "crazy".
Well, their idea was simply to make a small kitchen attached to a living room and two "small" rooms (according to them), because they wanted a 4x4 space for this, which simply by seeing the space they offered them, we knew that certainly this was not going to be possible ... since for everything they wanted, it was complicated to put everything on the same level.
We asked them why these bedrooms were so big, because they were literally gigantic and they would have a lot of unused space at the end of the day, so they would waste some valuable m3 at the end of the day... and their reason was that they simply liked that kind of bedrooms, one for them and the other bedroom would be for their baby.
The only proposal of a single level that managed to fit, gave two small rooms, in which they were at the most, 2x3, so that they could hardly have all the requirements that they requested, and still demonstrating them physically that the space was not enough to make these, they were engrossed in that they still wanted their "beaches" of 4x4...
So, although we know that their budget is limited, they were offered the idea of making a multilevel construction and with this if they could find the necessary space to make it happen, but taking into account that the cost would be much higher and they would need to annex a part of the second floor of my uncle's house to be able to cover these needs.
To make a long story short, in the end they realized that what they wanted is crazy and that the budget to do that, is too much for what they have, so they are rethinking to accept our simple proposal but that can facilitate their existence and be able to have a house of their own.
