Recientemente, me contacto un amigo al cual siempre le he hecho mantenimiento a su máquina, pues me comentaba que tenía algunos problemas con esta, ya que, de cierta manera, le habría dado unos pantallazos azules, lo que le arrojaba en pantalla era solamente una opción de recuperación de la imagen, a lo que yo empiezo a decirle para ver que podría ser la raíz de todo.
Le pregunto, lo mismo de siempre, lo básico, para conocer que tiene, que, si habría presentado algún síntoma o algo por el estilo y que usos, programas y cosas había hecho últimamente con el equipo, este me dijo, nada, lo mismo de siempre, pero no me cuadraban las cosas entre lo que expresa la máquina y lo que este estaba comentando.
Por lo que yo le dije que había algo que me parecía estada explicando de forma incorrecta, pues si él tiene su pc en un ambiente “fresco”, no tiene por qué sobrecalentarse el equipo de buenas a primeras y mas que el último mantenimiento por pasta térmica y limpieza se lo hice hace escasos dos meses, por lo que eso era complicado, a lo que luego de indagar mas me comenta que le presto la computadora a un primo y le hablo de cambiarle unas piezas para “optimizarla” y le cambio entre algunas cosas el disco duro y el disipador del equipo, porque estos que iba a poner eran más “bonitos”.
Resultando en que el disipador que instalo es uno que no cumple con los requerimientos de TDP del procesador, pues este podía disipar máximo unos 65° y el procesador llegaba fácilmente a los 80°.. por lo que el delta de temperatura era superior al que podría soportar el disipador ocasionando el alza de temperatura y el disco instalado, si bien era mas “bonito” que el Western Digital que tenía el anteriormente, este era una especie de marca china que nunca vi en mi vida, pero que se veía de muy mala calidad.
Dando por hecho que era todo esto, le recomendé dos cosas, uno que ese primo no le vuelva a querer hacer esas “gracias” y que no se dejara meter gato por liebre, que fácilmente me puede preguntar para cosas por el estilo y le puedo guiar en el tema, pues este tipo de cosas son cosas que hay que tratar bien, ya que no son cosas aleatorias de si es mas bonito o tiene luces es mejor necesariamente.

So I told him that there was something that I thought he was explaining in bad form, because if he has his pc in a "cool" environment, there is no reason to overheat the equipment right away and more than the last maintenance for thermal paste and cleaning I did it just two months ago, so that was complicated, so after inquiring more tells me that he lent the computer to a cousin and told him to change some parts to "optimize" and change among some things the hard drive and the heatsink of the equipment, because these were going to put more "beautiful".
Resulting in that the heatsink that I install is one that does not meet the TDP requirements of the processor, as this could dissipate maximum about 65 ° and the processor easily reached 80 °.. so the temperature delta was higher than the heatsink could withstand causing the temperature rise and the installed disk, although it was more "beautiful" than the Western Digital that had previously, this was a kind of Chinese brand that I never saw in my life, but it looked very poor quality.
Taking for granted that it was all this, I recommended him two things, one that this cousin does not want to make him again those "thanks" and that he did not let him put a pig in a poke, that he can easily ask me for things like that and I can guide him in the subject, because this type of things are things that must be treated well, since they are not random things of if it is prettier or has lights it is better necessarily.
