Desde hace un tiempo se ha hecho moda tener en cada modelo nuevo de celular, una pantalla mucho más grande que la anterior, y en lo que respecta a mi análisis, algunas veces esto sale de un estándar de practicidad y comodidad, fuera de que acarrea en más peso dada que una batería necesaria para alimentar un panel más grande será evidentemente mayor, puesto que es algo que va estrechamente relacionado.
Y es que si nos ponemos en retrospección veremos que los teléfonos de hace algunos 15 años, encontramos que sus pantallas eran “reducidas” en comparación a lo que encontramos en la actualidad, claro hay que tener en cuenta algo, para aquellos años del 2007 apenas estaba ingresando al mercado el iPhone y posteriormente el sistema Android un año después.
Puesto que esto fue lo que inicio el tren del crecimiento de las pantallas, ya que no era necesario tener un teclado físico en el chasis para poder escribir, pues en la misma pantalla ya se podía escribir, pero pasar de tener 3.5” hasta pasar fácilmente de las 6” llegando prácticamente hasta las 7”, lo cual lo convierte en algo incómodo de llevar, a pesar de tener una proporción alargada.
Puesto que muchas veces no hace falta tanta pantalla, para poder sacarle provecho a un celular, y que a su vez encontramos que estos se vuelven cada vez más pesado, teniendo modelos que a razón del tamaño de su pantalla la batería debe aumentar su capacidad llegando a tener un peso cercano a los 200g. Llámenme antiguado, pero considero que la fórmula ganadora a mi parecer para un celular podría ser una pantalla de 5” no más de 5.5” con una resolución 16:9 y un buen procesador y memoria para dar en el punto claro.
