Hace unos cuantos años, cuando la cosa estaba mas ruda, recuerdo que un amigo tenía problemas de internet y con ello acarreó en varias cosas que fueron temas complicados, pues de cierta manera, para estar en la universidad es mas que necesario el estar conectado a internet para poder usar desde las comunicaciones hasta herramientas de búsqueda y demás.
Por lo que con esto mi amigo me pidió un poco de ayuda, ya que sabía que yo trataba un poco del tema y le podría ayudar, puesto que, por ejemplo, a veces tenía internet y otras veces no, pero no era temas que su router estuviera mal, sino, su conexión, pero que este desconocía para aquel entonces, pues yo me di cuenta más delante de lo que estaba pasando cuando le revise la instalación.
Y para aquellos entonces era común encontrar casos que por ejemplo había personas de la propia compañía estatal que se dedicaban de manera ilegal a hacer ciertos “trabajos” para poder reparar averías o cumplir con lo que ellos deberían hacer, pues al final era su trabajo, pero como la cosa estaba difícil para todos esta era una manera de rebuscarse.
Y recuerdo que cuando estoy revisándole la instalación que estoy en el techo de su casa, su mamá nos llama y nos dice que un vecino estaba hablando con un señor de la compañía para que le arreglaran su conexión, pero que este no compartirá el contacto del técnico porque al señor ya lo habían denunciado por las cosas que hacía, pero que pese a esto podría ser una opción para reparar la conexión de ellos en caso de que fuera algo que yo no pudiera solventar.
Le comenté que viendo lo visto, ese contacto no iba a hacer falta, pues el detalle estaba en que el cable estaba empalmado en un punto en el que la propia tensión que le ocasionaba una rama de un árbol del jardín evitaba que la conexión fuera estable, por lo que luego de comprobar que literalmente estaban rozándose los cables, y realizar un empalme correcto, se le acabó el sufrimiento, pues muchas veces las cosas pueden ser muy sencillas y nosotros magnificamos las cosas por no saber del tema o llevar las cosas un poco mas allá, lo cierto es que, tiempo atrás de que yo fuera un técnico al escuchar de su problema, le dijo al amigo que le iba a ayudar solo si este le daba unos “50 dolaritos”.. Imagínense por algo tan sencillo que no me demoro ni 5 minutos..

And I remember that when I am checking the installation that I am in the roof of his house, his mother calls us and tells us that a neighbor was talking to a man of the company to fix his connection, but that he won’t share the technician's contact because the man had already been reported for the things he was doing, but that despite this could be an option to repair their connection in case it was something that I could not solve.
I commented to him that seeing what I saw, that contact was not going to be necessary, because the detail was in that the cable was spliced in a point in which the own tension that caused a branch of a tree of the garden prevented that the connection was stable, reason why after verifying that literally they were rubbing the cables, and to make a correct splice, He ended his suffering, because many times things can be very simple and we magnify things for not knowing the subject or take things a little further, the truth is that, some time before I was a technician to hear about his problem, he told his friend that he would help him only if he gave him "50 dollars". . Imagine for something so simple that it didn't even take me 5 minutes....
