A veces hay cosas que me hacen pensar que hay personas que simplemente o no saben escuchar o simplemente quieren hacer lo que quieren de manera forzada por simplemente ser ellos y “tener” o creen tener un poder que les permita hacer lo que quisieran como si de un cheque en blanco se tratase.
Y es que por ejemplo recuerdo claro cuando fui a la entrega de papeles para mi graduación en la universidad, y ver como muchas veces se escuchaba el “no pueden entregar carpetas que no estén completas por ningún motivo” y ver como estas personas que estaban formadas, igual iban a hablar a ver si se las podían recibir aun cuando ya nos lo habían comentado a lo largo de la fila y en cada uno de los pasos previos en los que nos hacían pasar por varias firmas, recaudos, etc.
Esta situación es más común de lo que se cree, pues en todos lados podemos ver este tipo de situación en las personas que estén realizando alguno trámite o que de manera forzada quieren hacer o intentan realizar alguna acción porque sí, muchas veces saltándose normas o ir respetando el tiempo de los demás, porque simplemente son ellos.
Siempre he dicho y he pensado que debemos respetar tanto el tiempo de los demás como el nuestro y esto es algo que hace que muchas veces algunos trámites que pueden ser sencillos, pasen a ser muy engorrosos y posteriormente den cabida a los sobornos, a los tratos bajo cuerdas y hagan aún más complicado lo que en teoría debería ser algo simple, pues al darse cuenta de que pueden hacer un “par de cosas” empieza todo..
Ya que al final el que hace la ley hace la trampa, y muchas veces esto se presta para este tipo de negocios entre las personas que simplemente buscan sacar un provecho de lo que puede ser la necesidad de otros, y daña o altera las cosas por viciarlas, y muchas veces esto es culpa de ambas partes, tanto de los que van creyendo que todo lo pueden solucionar con algún soborno, como aquellos que se prestan para esto o hacen que las cosas sean o parezcan mas complicadas de lo que son por esperar a ver si sacan provecho de esto.
Tristemente, este tipo de cosas en mi país ha imperado por mucho tiempo y es lo que hace que muchas veces las cosas estén como estén y algunas veces parezca normal el hecho de tener que acudir a este tipo de medios para poder realizar tramites que son hasta gratuitos o tener que acudir a regalar algo a cambio de la verdadera atención que uno debería tener en estos lugares con quienes ejercen esas posiciones.

Sometimes there are things that make me think that there are people who simply do not know how to listen or simply want to do what they want in a forced way just to be them and "have" or believe they have a power that allows them to do what they want as if it were a blank check.

This situation is more common than it is believed, because everywhere we can see this type of situation in people who are doing some procedure or who forcefully want to do or try to perform some action just because, often skipping rules or go respecting the time of others, because they are simply them.
I have always said and thought that we must respect the time of others as much as our own and this is something that often makes some procedures that can be simple, become very cumbersome and then give room for bribes, deals under strings and make even more complicated what in theory should be something simple, because when they realize that they can do a "couple of things" everything starts ....
Since in the end he who makes the law makes the trap, and many times this lends itself to this type of business between people who simply seek to take advantage of what may be the need of others, and damages or alters things by vitiating them, and often this is the fault of both parties, both those who believe that they can solve everything with a bribe, and those who lend themselves to this or make things more complicated or seem more complicated than they are by waiting to see if they can take advantage of this.
Sadly, this type of thing in my country has prevailed for a long time and is what makes things the way they are and sometimes it seems normal to have to resort to this type of means to be able to carry out procedures that are even free or to have to give something away in exchange for the real attention that one should have in these places with those who exercise these positions.
