Hace no mucho un amigo me estaba hablando para ver que le podía ayudar con algo en su casa, pues había un pequeño “tema” que resolver con unas paredes que presentaban algunas filtraciones y este quería saber que podría hacer para solucionar esto, ya que, según él, el tema era simplemente aplicar pintura y listo, ya que según la creencia de él simplemente con ese procedimiento ya todo iba a quedar “listo”.
Por mi parte, cuando él me mencionó sobre el tema de la “filtración” le comenté que eso era algo delicado dependiendo de la zona y que aparte habría que revisar esto para evitar por ejemplo aplicar cosas que quizás no vayan de la mano o sobrepasarse con algo que pueda salir demasiado caro para lo que puede ser esta situación.
Por lo que, al revisar, vi que la cosa no era nada del otro mundo, pero sí que quien le había planteado un presupuesto estaba exagerando con todo aquel material que le solicitaba para aquella reparación, pues su idea era ver mi opinión del caso y con eso contrastar un poco de su idea y de lo que fue aquello que le comentó la otra persona.
En lo que primero le comenté que se olvide de la idea de simplemente colocar pintura sobre el área, pues primero habría que “pelar” el área para eliminar todo rastro de la pintura levantada y dejar expuesto el área, seguidamente aplicar una limpieza adecuada y posteriormente conseguir un tratamiento adecuado para ello, para así luego aplicar una pasta profesional para que todo quedara de manera adecuada, siempre teniendo en cuenta que debe erradicar primero el tema del agua..
Pues de nada iba a servir resolver la pared si el agua igual iba a seguir corriendo por la pared, y es que pese a no ser algo “constante” el agua igual sigue haciendo estragos aunque no lo creamos, y gracias a esto se evitó tener que gastar un dineral exagerado en una solución a un tema relativamente sencillo, pues algunas veces las personas se aprovechan del desconocimiento de otros o simplemente de querer sacarle el máximo provecho a ese “tigre” que les salió y resolver el mes o la semana con eso..

So, when I checked, I saw that the thing was not a big deal, but that the person who had given him a budget was exaggerating with all the material that he was asking for that repair, because his idea was to see my opinion of the case and with that to contrast a little of his idea and what was what the other person told him.
First I told him to forget about the idea of simply putting paint on the area, because first we would have to "peel" the area to remove all traces of the lifted paint and leave the area exposed, then apply a proper cleaning and then get a proper treatment for it, and then apply a professional paste so that everything would be properly, always taking into account that you must first eradicate the water issue.
Well, it would be useless to solve the wall if the water was still going to continue running down the wall, and despite not being something "constant" water still continues to wreak havoc even if we do not believe it, and thanks to this we avoided having to spend an exaggerated amount of money on a solution to a relatively simple issue, because sometimes people take advantage of the ignorance of others or simply want to get the most out of that "tiger" that came out and solve the month or week with that...
