Siempre he pensado algo muy claro y es que cada uno de nosotros tiene una manera de ser y está enfocada en lo que hacemos, puede darnos ciertos puntos a favor o en contra, pues por ejemplo hay veces que podemos ver a personas que sean super amables y dedicadas trabajando de atención al cliente, y por ejemplo podemos ver que hay otras personas que ocupen el mismo cargo y sean todo lo contrario a la antes descrita.
Y es algo que pasa en todos los sitios de trabajo, y algunas veces sin pensarlo pueden o no afectar a otros, pues por ejemplo recuerdo que cuando comencé la carrera en la universidad, llegué a ver como había profesores, que muchas veces fuera de lo que era el tema profesor-estudiante, te alentaban a seguir adelante a dar todo tu esfuerzo por llegar a la meta, y que pudieras contar con ellos por ejemplo para alguna explicación de alguna materia en todo caso o algún consejo o algo.
Pero de igual manera como con el ejemplo de la atención al cliente, había profesores que eran todo lo opuesto, pues estos, más allá de lo bueno que pudieran ser dando clases, te desmotivaban o buscaban sembrar esto en algunos alumnos que no tuvieran unas calificaciones de 10 (pues en mi universidad se evalúa a base de 10.
Y recuerdo un caso muy particular en el cual una muchacha con la que compartí una materia del básico (unas materias del comienzo, no recuerdo si matemáticas o química) el profesor luego de entregar las notas y de salir mal una parte del curso, este se ensañó con estos y dijo unas palabras horribles para ser un profesor y claro no lo dijo de manera tan explicita por lo que era para el que pudiera descifrar el mensaje, y esta muchacha al no entender, pero querer saber pregunto cuál era el mensaje.
A lo que el profesor se ríe y comenta un “permítanme hacerlo explícito bachiller” y luego de prácticamente decirle que se cambiara de carrera o que se retirara de la universidad, la muchacha, como vimos varios, estaba casi que en lágrimas, pues como digo no es un gesto muy bonito precisamente que un profesor te diga unas palabras tan ofensivas.. pero al menos con el pasar del semestre esta muchacha paso su materia y recuerdo que muchos le ayudamos explicando y alentándole a hacer caso omiso al grotesco mensaje del profesor.

But in the same way as with the example of customer service, there were professors who were the opposite, because these, beyond how good they could be at giving classes, they discouraged you or sought to sow this in some students who did not have grades of 10 (because in my university they evaluate on the basis of 10.
And I remember a very particular case in which a girl with whom I shared a basic subject (some subjects of the beginning, I do not remember if mathematics or chemistry) the teacher after delivering the notes and a part of the course went wrong, he raged with them and said some horrible words to be a teacher and of course he did not say it so explicitly so it was for the one who could decipher the message, and this girl not understanding, but wanting to know asked what the message was.
To which the professor laughs and comments "let me make it explicit bachelor" and after practically telling her to change careers or to withdraw from the university, the girl, as we saw several, was almost in tears, because as I say it is not a very nice gesture precisely that a teacher tells you such offensive words .. but at least with the passing of the semester this girl passed her subject and I remember that many of us helped her explaining and encouraging her to ignore the grotesque message of the professor.
