En la actualidad en algunos estados de Venezuela estamos afrontando una “ola fría” la cual ha ocasionado que la temperatura caiga un poco, por lo que es “el calor tropical”, haciendo que la temperatura esté un poco mas agradable para las personas que nos gusta un poco una temperatura mas fresca, pero esto se logra gracias a grandes y fuertes ráfagas de viento que desplazan enormes masas de aire.
Pero conforme es bueno, de cierta manera que este algo mas fresco, las masas de aire han ocasionado que algunos árboles queden de ramas caídas, pues con la antigüedad, y el poco mantenimiento que estos pueden recibir (poda, riego), hacen que puedan ser un verdadero peligro en vías públicas o en parcelas privadas.
Por ejemplo, por donde vivo, se ha visto los efectos de una rama caída, pues ya hace un tiempo, un vecino que se niega a podar sus árboles que están enfermos y llenos de comején, vienen haciendo que, dada su altura y peso, las ramas superiores caigan sobre el cableado eléctrico de la calle haciendo que muchas veces nos quedemos sin luz..
Es por esto que en la calle se ha hecho una especie de acuerdo de cada vecino que tenga árboles grandes o que puedan representar un peligro realizar una poda para evitar inconvenientes, pues como antes mencioné, las ráfagas de aire no son “normales” para la velocidad que estas acostumbra pasar, y que muchas veces estas ráfagas de viento aparecen con una velocidad increíble en ráfagas variables lo que puede u ocasiona mejor dicho, fatiga en la estructura de estos logrando que se vean las antes mencionadas ramas caídas.

For example, where I live, we have seen the effects of a drooping branch, because for some time now, a neighbor who refuses to prune his trees that are sick and full of termites, have been doing that, given their height and weight, the upper branches fall on the electrical wiring of the street causing that many times we are left without light.
It is for this reason that in the street has been made a kind of agreement of each neighbor who has large trees or that may represent a danger to perform a pruning to avoid inconveniences, because as I mentioned before, the gusts of air are not "normal" for the speed that these used to pass, and often these gusts of wind appear with an incredible speed in variable gusts which can or causes better said, fatigue in the structure of these achieving that the above mentioned fallen branches are seen.
