Hay cosas que se pueden tener y que al momento de decidir por ejemplo vender esto nos puede ganar el sentimiento al momento de colocar el precio de este tipo de bienes, de manera personal creo que uno para este tipo de trámites, hay que colocar el precio sin sentimientos, pues no en una manera en la que uno se desligue del todo del producto, pero no que esta “relación” pueda afectar el precio de manera negativa.
Y fue algo que paso hace un tiempo cuando hablaba con una señora amiga de la familia, la cual quería vender el carro que era de su esposo, el cual ya tenía al menos unos cinco años fácil que estaba parado sin siquiera haberlo rodado un poco durante todo este tiempo, tengan en cuenta que aunque estaba a resguardo bajo techo, y descubierto, el carro (un VW escarabajo) tenía sus detalles, como todo carro de la época, pues este era si no mal recuerdo un modelo 70, nada especial (pues no era de los primeros que traían la ventana ovalada o algún detalle que lo distinga de otros).
Resulta que la señora me dice que hay gente que es grosera, pues ella colocó un precio de 2000$ por el carro, el cual no tenía batería, los cauchos estaban deformados por el peso del mismo y que le hacía falta algunas correcciones mecánicas, pero que pese a esto un señor que vive por ahí cerca le ofreció unos 200$ “y se estaba arriesgando”.
A lo que ella dice que este precio esta mas que bien considerando el estado del carro y el sentimiento que para ella tiene esto, ella me pregunto qué, que me parecía el precio, pero sabiendo como era la situación, yo le aconseje buscar a alguien que le pudiera dar un promedio de lo que pudieran ser los daños que este tenía y el precio de mercado de este modelo, pues aunque uno tenga una relación con el carro, otra persona sin sentimiento por el carro, simplemente no apreciara la “historia” que ella si tiene con él, por lo que necesitaba tener un precio balanceado para poder darle una salida correcta en todo caso.
