Hay cosas que son fundamentales para que un negocio pueda funcionar bien y una de las más esenciales diría yo que tiene que ver con el control del dinero de esta, porque no basta con solo vender y vender, sino que llevar un registro bien detallado y tener un control muy bueno de los ingresos y egresos de la misma son cosas que realmente dan un buen fruto para el negocio y es algo que muchas veces hay personas que no ven o que no le prestan mucha atención.
Ya que simplemente hay quienes piensan que quizás por colocar a alguien de la familia, amigo o conocido en el lugar, están “ganados” y algunas veces puede deparar en una situación que muchas veces no es tan correcta y terminen teniendo un “tesorero deshonesto” en vez de simplemente tener a una persona correcta en su lugar, puesto que ya con la confianza que se tienen y demás piensan que quizás esta persona no puede hacerle un mal a su empresa.
Y es que precisamente de esto es de lo que se “guindan” estas personas para precisamente empezar a jugar sucio algunas veces, puesto que en manera personal, la confianza desmedida no puede estar muy ligadas a este tipo de cosas y más cuando son puntos delicados de un negocio, pues a menos que se conozca realmente bien a esta persona y que realmente demuestre con años y años que es una persona correcta y firme en sus cosas, que si se le pueda confiar algo de este calibre, pues en caso contrario realmente no valdría la pena arriesgarse a algo así.
Porque cuantas historias no hay por ahí en las que simplemente una persona que les administraba los recursos a tal o cual empresa empezó muy bien y luego progresivamente de la noche a la mañana han empezado a perderse ciertos capitales o a destinar cierto dinero a cuentas y gastos que simplemente no corresponden y cuando ya te vas dando cuenta, ya hay un dinero perdido en el camino..
Porque muchas veces la ambición puede más que llevar las cosas por un camino correcto, y es que es lo que siempre digo, hay cosas de cosas y así como hay dueños de negocios que realmente están enfocados en ellos, hay otros que simplemente no revisan ni están pendientes de lo que ingresa y sale y es ahí donde estos pierden lo que podría ser el control de las cosas y al no darse cuenta de esto es de donde otros sacan provecho y van agarrando un pedazo del pastel que no les toca..
Es por ello que siempre pienso que si uno es dueño de algo uno tiene que estar consciente de las cosas y simplemente no dejar todo a manos de otros y no por qué exista una confianza no comprobar o revisar las cosas cada cierto tiempo, porque si no se lleva un buen control realmente nunca se sabrá si realmente se está bien o mal o si hay alguna “perdida” que esté pasando sin que uno lo sepa.. al final es un poco de tiempo, no cuesta mucho y se evita perder.

Because there are many stories out there in which simply a person who managed the resources of this or that company started very well and then progressively overnight have begun to lose certain capital or to allocate certain money to accounts and expenses that simply do not correspond and when you realize, there is already a lost money on the way ...
Because many times ambition can do more than taking things on the right path, and that is what I always say, there are things of things and just as there are business owners who are really focused on them, there are others who simply do not check and are not aware of what comes in and goes out and that is where they lose what could be the control of things and not realizing this is where others take advantage and go grabbing a piece of the cake that does not touch them ....
That is why I always think that if you own something you have to be aware of things and simply do not leave everything to others and not because there is a trust not to check or review things from time to time, because if you do not have a good control you will never really know if you are really right or wrong or if there is some “loss” that is happening without you knowing it... in the end it is a little time, it does not cost much and you avoid losing.
