It was a yesterday morning, Tuesday, 21st October, as I was busy with my printing work, attending to my customers. My mind was focused on the major task ahead - designing a burial programme for the "Late Madam Nse Okon Ezekiel.
The family had contracted me to print 500 copies of the programme, along with other printing and branding materials such as: flex banners, posters, photo enlargement and sticker for the funeral, scheduled for Saturday, 8th November.

After Mrs. Mary Nsidibe, the sister to the deceased had send over the write-up and pictures, I took a moment to organize my thoughts and plan out the design. I wanted to create something truly special, a fitting tribute to the deceased.
The write-up consisted the introduction which I used on the title page, order of service from the deceased's church, hymns, biography, tributes and appreciation from the bereaved family.

The pictures showed a warm and vibrant woman in her church uniform attire and the other in mufti. With the content in hand, I set to work. My design skills kicked in, and I carefully crafted a programme that will honour Madam Ezekiel's memory. I chose a elegant font, added some tasteful graphics, and carefully arranged the pictures and text.

As the design took shape, I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and satisfaction. This was more than just a burial programme - it is a celebration of a life well-lived.
After several hours of meticulous work, I finally completed the design. I took a step back, admiring my handiwork, and smiled. It was perfect.

I sent the design to the family, eagerly awaiting their feedback. But even before hearing back from them, I knew I had created something special. The design is not only visually stunning, but it also capture the essence of Madam Ezekiel's life.
This morning, I've received a response from Mrs. Nsidibe, pointing some few corrections, as soon as I got to the office, I will make the corrections and send back to her for final approval for printing.

Meanwhile, I have received a heartfelt thank you for creating a truly unforgettable tribute to their beloved Madam Nse Okon Ezekiel.
