Motivos extraños. Concurso ¿Quién? ¿Cómo? ¿Por qué? [Esp / Eng]

In his waistband he carried a bag filled with payment. The job was done, the list of names given to him was all crossed off. Not a single one of the thugs that plagued the town had been spared.

His fame was irrefutable, the skill of his sword was fearsome. He could face many enemies and defeat them without major problems. People sang corridos in his name, and children dressed up like him to play at being a vigilante.

Many damsels sighed as they listened to the men narrate his exploits. Even law enforcement officers quietly admired him for how much he helped them keep crime at bay. However, it was not justice or right that drove him.

With him always traveled a hungry bird, a gift from his late grandfather, his special pet; a hideous bird whose bad attitude matched the bounty hunter's fame.

That was the reason he used to ask for seeds as part of his payment. The bird always accompanied him on his hunts, riding on his shoulder, and it was common to see him feed the bird by bringing it a handful of food.

When the bird was wounded in one of his fights, the legend ceased to be written in the pages of the history of those territories. That skilled swordsman would forget the life of a hero to devote himself to his farm without great ambitions.
