Then I came across a knowledge called gnosis of which I liked some of its ideas, but not all of them, it has interesting things, but it is too syncretic for my taste. Then I adopted agnosticism for a while, however, at this stage of my life I am giving a chance to metaphysical spirituality or mentalism.

- Yes Laura, but I have not read it.
- Ok here comes my first spiritual and therapeutic lesson, which you are going to practice and internalize, it is called integrity. That's why I'm going to ask you to buy the book and start reading it, don't do the exercises in there yet. Buy it, invest in it, don't download it by PDF or download it if you want, but also buy it in physical form, that it is original and not pirated. That is part of the job.

Después me topé con un conocimiento llamado gnosis del cual me gustaban algunas de sus ideas, mas no todas, tiene cosas interesantes, pero es muy sincrética para mí gusto. Después adopté el agnosticismo por un tiempo, sin embargo, en esta etapa de mi vida le estoy dando una oportunidad a la espiritualidad metafísica o mentalismo.
- Tomando en cuenta lo último que comentaste, ¿Has oído hablar del libro llamado un curso de milagro?
- Ok aquí viene mi primera lección espiritual y terapéutica, que vas a practicar e internalizar, se llama integridad. Por eso te voy a pedir que compres el libro y lo comiences a leer, todavía no hagas los ejercicios que aparecen ahí. Le entregó un cartel que decía:

Carlos lo recibió y se quedó mirando un rato el afiche como hipnotizado y después de un rato exclamó:
- De verdad es una frase poderosa, te pone a meditar sobre ellas y en pocas palabras, según entiendo, toca tres cosas fundamentales: la paz, el amor y el miedo.
- Sí, Carlos el libro está basado precisamente en hacernos entender la trascendencia del amor de Dios sobre el miedo, que no es más que una ilusión creada por nosotros.
- Gracias Laura voy a comprarlo hoy mismo y a comenzar a leer.
Estuvieron un rato dentro de la dinámica de preguntas y respuestas relacionadas a la vida de Carlos. Por último Laura le dijo que en la próxima sesión quería que él fuera por última vez la víctima que se quejaba de la vida, los otros y de sí mismo. Que hasta esa sesión le iba a permitir quejarse y lamentarse, pero después ya no más.
Se despidieron y Carlos se marchó pensando lo mismo que pensó cuando la conoció: hay personas que verdaderamente son una bendición cuando llegan a tu vida.
