James have been living in the city for awhile, after his late father passed on while he was still living in an old dilapidated house which was early builded by his late grandfather. So he thought of coming home to check up on the house whether it was still in a good shape or not but that he doesn't know when and might not be free or chance to come anytime soon because of his tight schedules. Meanwhile, the old lodge has been empty and void of nothing inside. Meanwhile, it's not a good and safe area to stay because it's far located in an isolated and lonely area out of the city. So when James finally got a chance to visit his old father's lodge, he discovered that it was looking tartared and dilapidated. Which he said unto himself, oh no, if only someone was staying or living in this old Lodge or someone staying close by could come and always take care of this place, it wouldn't be looking so bad in this shape. So he decided he was going renovate the old Lodge and hire someone who can always take care of it or sell it out to someone else whom might be interested to buy since he's seldom chance to always come look after the old lodge.
