This phrase reminds me of the gym. The reason is that I've heard it so many times: "trailing behind " especially when the gym is crowded. It's like forming an invisible line, but respectfully.
Esta frase me recuerda al gimnasio. La razón es que la he escuchado muchísimas veces: "ir detrás", sobre todo cuando el gimnasio está lleno. Es como formar una fila invisible, pero con respeto.
I usually go to the gym at least six days a week. I arrive early; I like to find the machines clean, and as I leave, the gym looks increasingly crowded.
Suelo ir al gimnasio al menos seis días a la semana. Llego temprano; me gusta encontrar las máquinas limpias, y al salir, el gimnasio parece cada vez más lleno.
Physical activity is essential in my opinion, it helps both physically and mentally. Have a happy weekend.
