She wrote an amazing little book about Thomas and Dubai, who was the father of Alexander Dumas and whose swashbuckling life was the inspiration for The Three Musketeers. So I think if you start on Catherine Johnson, you want to read them all. But, interestingly, you did. You know you're not looking at great sort of door stoppers for kids' biographies.
