Haz lo que tengas que hacer, pero hazlo lentamente.
No pienses en el futuro
ni en lo que pueda pasar mañana.
Sigue adelante, paso a paso.
Da un paso y luego haz una pausa.
Toma un descanso.
Valorate a ti mismo.
Da el siguiente paso, después el otro,
y tus pasos cada vez serán más largos.
Hasta que llegue el momento en que puedas volver a pensar en el futuro sin llorar.
