This time positive thoughts made me disappointed !!!

Hello everyone, Today I want to show you some pictures that I took from sky and talk about something important in my life, Something that has always made me doubt about all my decisions, my relationships and my enthusiasms. I don't know what should I call this kind of senses but psychologists call it Pessimism، actually they define it as a psychological disease, they say; pessimistic people have negative thoughts about every events in future and most consider the negative side of the issues, actually they are expected bad results, they wait for it to happen and even if accidentally something good happens they consider it as a miracle.

According to scientific information; I'm not Pessimistic,actually I have always tried not to consider the negative aspects of issues,psychologists call it optimism, but this way of thinking has always hurt me. you ask why? I'm explaining that to you ...

I have always waited for positive results as a optimistic person, therefore; encountering with bad results always has disappointed me. I mean when you're not expecting for negative feedback from a decision, actually you're not accepting all of the sides of an issue, it's causing damage to your self confidence and making you doubt about everything.

So what is the solution? 🤔

The solution I found is a way of thinking that psychologists call it Realism.
Realists consider everything is an approximation, it means they are scheduling for success but also they accept the negative aspects of their goal, therefore No factor causes them disappointment and on the another hand; success causes them satisfaction.
However the border between realism and pessimism is so thin !!! I mean its so difficult to recognize what is realism and what is pessimism.

At the end I decided to start collecting information and facts about a topic and then judge it. I guess this method will make me realistic in future.

I meant, if in the same situation, a pessimistic will just think of the bad thing, meanwhile the realistic one will consider every possibility. You can combine optimistism and realism to create a motivation to move on and the strength to accept things would happen in any way. Once you have learnt to accept, pessimistism isn't a real matter anymore because you'll manage to categorize the results into bad and good, depending on how you want your mood to be. In other words, once you have learnt the acception, you have also learnt to decide what feeling you want to feel to take over the immediate ones the situation might bring to you.

Exactly, acception is the most important thing in life. thanks for your guidance 🙏
