First impression.

Tobi had a bad habit, he talked without thinking.
Whenever he met people for the first time, he sounded rude, made careless jokes, and said hurtful things. People often avoided him because of it.
But Tobi always said, “If you get close to me, you’ll know I’m actually a good person.”
The truth was, many people never stayed long enough to find out.
One day, he spoke harshly to a new colleague during their first meeting. Though he later helped her with work and showed kindness, she still kept her distance.
When he asked why, she replied, “You may be nice, but your words gave me a bad first impression.” From that day, Tobi changed his belief. He realized that people often judge people by their first encounter.
