My friend and I started a POS business together in the same month. We were doing well for the first three months, but suddenly, she started bringing in laziness, staying back from work and coming late. At first, I didn’t mind, but soon I decided to talk some senses into her.
Customers preferred coming when I was around because I was consistent, available, and focused. While I kept pushing the business forward, she allowed her excuses to slow her down.
It didn’t take long before the difference became clear: in business, once you stop showing up, you start trailing behind.
