It was Friday morning, and I was already running late for school. In a hurry, I grabbed my uniform from the chair, ironed it quickly, and dashed out. Everything seemed fine until I reached the school gate and noticed people giggling as I walked by. I wondered if something was on my face.
When I finally got to class, my friend said to me “Rita, your shirt is inside out!” I froze, feeling my cheeks burn with embarrassment. I had ironed and worn it that way without realizing. Everyone laughed, but I couldn’t help laughing too. That day, I learned to always check twice before stepping out!
