Thanks! I wanted to edit a few times to get more of an otherworldly but retro sci fi vibe to it but ran out of personal bandwidth. Less Black Mirror and more Heinlein or perhaps a tech fabtasy. I read a news story the other day about three sisters jumping off a high rise in India because their parents limited their access to the Internet because they were obsessed with Korea and everything Korean. The real world can be stranger than fivyion. I think the two sisters tried to stop the third jumping but they all went. So the story started with them. There were some compelling elements about the story like the man in the building across the streets dream like account of what he thought he saw in the darkness. It has stuck with me for a week. There's so many gripes I have with this edit and so much more I wanted to include but Jamie bought fish and chips home and I was starving so hit publish and that was it. Maybe I'll polish it up another time.
