Dacio was sitting at the desk in his room, drawing a tall muscular man, the one who would soon come to life and emerge from the paper and become Dacio's love.
This was the second time Dacio was using this method to build the love of his life. The first man he took out of paper was not so lucky and ended up in darkness.
His name was Yamino, and when he came out of the notebook and Dacio saw the sunlight shining on his brown eyes, he felt a calmness in his heart and felt that the lifeless period of his life was over.
A moment later, Yamino had hugged him and expressed his love for him and had sworn to be faithful to him forever. Dacio also laid his head on his chest and imagined the happy days that were waiting for them.
Everything went well for a while. Dacio's life became different and now he no longer ate alone, walked alone and slept alone on his bed. Rather, Yamino was by his side at all times.
Well, not all moments actually. Even though Dacio was rich and Yamino didn't need a job, he had insisted that Dacio let him work at the bank. He liked the cave-like atmosphere of the place and the carrying of gold wheelbarrows to different rooms.
One day Dacio decided to surprise Yamino and go to his workplace and meet him there. He was passing through one of the corridors when he heard Yamino's voice from one of the rooms. He went to it and stood behind the door and listened.
"Dacio is not my love, he is only my master and I am his servant. Life with him has been imposed on me and I hate him more and more every moment."
"My poor Yamino, your condition hurts my heart."
"Don't be sad, my love. Having you by my side makes me able to tolerate Dacio to some degree."
The fire of anger engulfed Dacio's being. He hurried back to his house, went to his room, opened his notebook and uttered a spell to put Yamino back into the paper and then took out an eraser.
Yamino's eyes widened in horror.
"Dacio, please don't."
"Shut up, traitor!"
And he drew the eraser on Yamino and destroyed him.
