In this Jurisdiction of competence of the heart, I warn you:
there are no terms, nor constitutional lapses, nor rules, nor working or non-working days, to state your grounds or pleadings.
And to petition, as my rule, of the responsibility of your whims, in the Court of the hearts of love, with competence in my heart.
