I couldn't quite decide from my perspective whether this poem was dealing with a suicide, depression or a drowning, both literal and figurative. I do know that I felt the pain and anguish and regret. I would love to hear more about your thoughts behind writing this. It was quite emotive. Thank you for sharing.

Today I had a very difficult day, I had a small discussion with a person I love a lot and with that I got a lot of ideas in my head, it inspired me to write this text, which is a way of portraying it, when I get really sad, it starts a lot of negative and bad ideas came to my mind. The feeling I have is like I'm drowning in these ideas, because I know we have to be calm to resolve conflicts. So being pulled under and with no chance of getting out or emerging, I'm thinking, what could I do differently? What could I accomplish that I haven't accomplished yet? Getting upset with someone what if something happens tomorrow? Well, that's more or less what I wanted to convey 😁

Sei bem como pensamentos negativos podem nos transbordar e parece que quanto mais pensamos pior fica
As vezes erramos as vezes acertamos
Conversa com ela com calma e quando estiver com esse sentimento procure mudar o foco, as vezes ajuda comigo pra sair do vortex
É difícil mas não é impossível
