Nǐ hǎo, Hivers! It's been a long time since I wrote my last blog here. My field of work requires a lot of time from me. Teaching is life.
Thank God It's Friday, I'm really hoping that I can find more time to write my blogs, at least Friday every week, right?
Anyways, tonight I'm going to talk about my University Friends or what we called College Buddies with our quick picnic/mountain date. Funny to reminisce our promises that after we graduate, we'll make sure to meet or go out of town every month. Well, Adulting really hits us hard, we weren't able to do it. But what I learned in this life, is that be grateful for these people who really stayed. We may not contact each other very often but I am sure they're just one chat away. They are one of my safest havens in life.

So, My friends usually planned many outings, getaways, and meetups. Luckily one of these plans happened. We planned to go on a picnic somewhere in the mountains of San Fernando Cebu, Philippines. However, at this picnic, we're not complete because again adulting hits us hard.
We prepared some foods like J.Co doughnuts, pizza, a basket of junk foods, Turks, drinks, and fruits.
We were so happy that the weather played along with us and the place was really siren. We talked about a lot of things. It's like yesterday were just college students, we never grow apart.
I was just so happy at that time, we talked about our past experiences, pandemic anxieties, and plans for our future. And of course, we all love Instagram, we took pictures for the gram.
After our picnic date, we went to the other side of the mountain in San Fernando Cebu, there's a camp bar where we stayed overnight.
So Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to BUNTOD CAMP BAR!
This CAMP BAR is located in Sitio Kaandany, Brgy. Tanañashas boasts an exquisite view of San Fernando’s beautiful mountain ridges.
The expansive skyline, the rich green foliage from afar, and the large chunks of clouds lingering just above the mountains all combine to produce a soothing image of nature.
This place is a perfect definition of the saying "Let's go to the place where the wifi is weak" You can really talk the whole night under the sky, stars and moon. No wifis and electricity just a perfect view of the city lights. Some of the guests went camping here but my friends and I stayed at a bamboo cottage, which perfectly fits the gram.
That's it Hivers, This is one of my quick weekend getaways with my University Friends, I hope I can have more getaways with them and of course, I could write a blog about it.
