El humano es lo peor que existe, he oído esta palabra en muchas ocasiones. En ciertas ocasiones tiene razón, pero el humano también ha hecho grandes avances en la humanidad. El ser humano se ha convertido en una amenaza para la humanidad, en algunas partes del país se puede demostrar, algunas personas, porque no son todas, hay que tener eso muy claro, tienen el rancho en la cabeza como decimos en Venezuela. Personas que van consumiendo chucherías, golosinas o algún tipo de comida en envases de plástico, papel o cartón, al terminar lo sueltan en la calle, algunos lo lanzan dentro de una casa o simplemente lo sueltan a un lado o en la cuneta.

Una pequeña cantidad de personas que van comiendo al terminar esperan estar cerca de una papelera o de un vertedero, que tampoco es legal, sino que las personas lo crean por falta de recolección de los desechos sólidos. Estos vertederos ilegales, hacen que la ciudad se vea fea, y en cada esquina literalmente se encuentra uno, más en calles principales, que acarrea en algunas personas a depositar los desechos ahí, los que son más responsables, algunos cargan la basura por la ventanilla del vehículo o en el limpiaparabrisas o en el maletero, para ir a deshacerse de ellos en cualquier vertedero cercano.

He visto cerca de casa que algunos van y donde ven una bolsa en la calle o varias ahí van y dejan sus desperdicios, algo que no debería ser y menos cuando por la zona tiene que no se ve un camión de recolección de desechos sólidos como mínimo dos años, mucho antes tampoco pasaban, solo venían en épocas claves, diciembre más que todo, el resto del año si pasaban cinco veces era mucho. Por eso las mismas personas optamos por salir a botar la basura en un vertedero que hicieron en la calle principal, sí, es ilegal, pero es el único que hay por la zona, lo peor es que los fines de semana viene una cuadrilla del gobierno a recoger los desechos.

En cierta manera alivian el recorrido a un lugar y ellos solo recogen, pero obligan a los ciudadanos a bajar y depositar sus desechos en la calle principal dándole mala vista a la ciudad, tristemente nos hemos acostumbrado a eso. Recientemente el gobierno cerco el lugar y colocó un horario para depositar los desechos, pero adivinen qué, no se cumplen, algunos sí lo hacen, pero otros no, es difícil controlar el flujo de personas que dejan sus desechos en el lugar.

Esto en algunos puntos de la ciudad, pero en el centro es peor, a pesar de que a veces se ve el camión recogiendo los desechos, muchas personas siguen depositando los desperdicios donde primero le parezca. Eso no ayuda, porque las personas que trabajan en mantener la ciudad bonita tienen que recorrer más, en vez de visitar los puntos de la basura, que están marcados y tienen papeleras con bolsa, pero algunos no la usan, provocando a veces que pasen días sin recogerse y emanando olores bastantes desagradables.

Otro punto bastante negativo para mi país, es que cuando llueve fuerte no solo baja agua, sino también basura y cualquier cantidad de desechos. Esto se ve en otros países, pero aquí en ocasiones dependiendo de la intensidad de las precipitaciones se nota que hay gente bastante negativa, por mi casa en las fuertes lluvias, a lo largo de mi vida he visto bajando de todo, cuando digo de todo me refiero a neveras, colchones, cauchos, parachoques, envases de aceites o químicos sin tapa y que a veces dejan malos olores, la basura siempre baja, han bajado televisores también, todo esto en malas condiciones, pero creo que no es la mejor manera de deshacerse de ellos.

Todo eso que baja, muchas veces termina en el drenaje, otros se enredan en las rejillas de las alcantarillas y la alcantarilla que esta cerca de casa le falta un tramo, por ahí entra mucha agua y basura que todo se va por el desagüe, y muchas otras siguen de largo. En la calle paralela a donde vivo, las alcantarillas están tapiadas de tierra, y las han limpiado, pero en menos de un mes se vuelven a tapiar, una cuadrilla que limpió las alcantarillas dijo que las tuberías están taponadas y que necesitan ser reemplazadas, limpiarlo es muy complicado por el diámetro de las tuberías y el poco espacio que hay para manejar las maquinarias. Todavía están las alcantarillas tapiadas y tampoco van a sustituir todo el tramo de tuberías, por lo tanto, la calle seguirá siendo un río cada vez que llueve.

Estos aspectos mencionados hacen que el humano se vea que va en deterioro, a pesar de que en las escuelas se enseña a clasificar la basura y a dejarla donde se debe no lo hacen fuera de la institución, ahí comienza la primera falla, y si en casa no se les enseña, menos van a aprender y de grandes quizás algunos cambien, pero la mayoría seguirá igual o peor. Quizás la solución sea como en Singapur, aplicar sanciones, multas o pena de muerte si reincides, que pasa, si esto se llegara a proponer arman un escándalo, pero sería una solución viable, ya que por las buenas no se aprenden.

Más que todo en las noches algunas personas que botan basura en lugares estratégicos, hacen sus necesidades en cualquier esquina o simplemente se estacionan en plena calle abren las puertas y expulsan las necesidades del momento, todo eso debería ser penado para corregirlos. Porque al no serlo provoca que otros también lo hagan, parece a vista de un extranjero el país sin leyes, pero es la triste realidad, para algunas cosas si se cumplen, pero para otros no lamentablemente.

El país perfecto no existe, quizás alguna que otras ciudades en el mundo sí sean casi perfectas, pero a pesar de que Venezuela es un país que tiene prácticamente todo lo que buscas en dos o tres, lamentablemente esta mal administrado y no permite que sigamos avanzando, la capital es la que mas cuidan, pero otras dejan mucho que desear. Lo que más se mantienen son tanto la capital, Caracas, como las capitales de otros estados, pero las ciudades mas alejadas como no son muy visitadas se encuentran en el olvido.

A small number of people who are eating at the end of the meal expect to be near a trash can or a dump, which is not legal either, but is created by the people due to the lack of solid waste collection. These illegal dumps, make the city look ugly, and on every corner you literally find one, more on main streets, which leads some people to deposit their garbage there, those who are more responsible, some load the garbage through the window of the vehicle or in the windshield wiper or in the trunk, to go to dispose of them in any nearby landfill.

I have seen close to home that some people go and wherever they see a bag in the street or several bags they go and leave their garbage, something that should not be and even less when in the area there has not been a solid waste collection truck for at least two years, much before they did not come either, they only came in key times, December most of all, the rest of the year if they passed five times it was a lot. That is why the same people chose to go out and dump their garbage in a dump that they made on the main street, yes, it is illegal, but it is the only one in the area, the worst thing is that on weekends a government crew comes to pick up the garbage.

In a way they alleviate the route to a place and they only pick up, but they force the citizens to go down and deposit their garbage on the main street giving a bad view to the city, sadly we have become accustomed to that. Recently the government fenced the place and placed a schedule for depositing waste, but guess what, they do not comply, some do, but others do not, it is difficult to control the flow of people who leave their waste in the place.

This in some parts of the city, but in the center it is worse, even though sometimes you see the truck picking up the garbage, many people continue to deposit the garbage wherever they see fit. This does not help, because the people who work to keep the city beautiful have to walk more, instead of visiting the garbage points, which are marked and have garbage cans with bags, but some do not use them, sometimes causing them to go for days without being collected and emanating quite unpleasant odors.

Another quite negative point for my country, is that when it rains hard, not only water comes down, but also garbage and any amount of waste. This is seen in other countries, but here sometimes depending on the intensity of the rainfall it is noticed that there are quite negative people, by my house in the heavy rains, throughout my life I have seen everything coming down, when I say everything I mean refrigerators, mattresses, tires, bumpers, oil or chemical containers without lids and sometimes leave bad smells, garbage always comes down, televisions have also come down, all this in bad conditions, but I think it is not the best way to get rid of them.

All that comes down, many times ends up in the drain, others get tangled in the sewer grates and the sewer that is near my house is missing a section, there is a lot of water and garbage that goes down the drain, and many others go on for a long time. In the street parallel to where I live, the sewers are clogged with dirt, and they have been cleaned, but in less than a month they will be clogged again, a crew that cleaned the sewers said that the pipes are clogged and need to be replaced, cleaning them is very complicated because of the diameter of the pipes and the little space there is to handle the machinery. The culverts are still clogged and they are not going to replace the whole stretch of pipes either, therefore, the street will continue to be a river every time it rains.

These aspects mentioned above make the human being to be seen that is deteriorating, although in schools are taught to sort the garbage and leave it where it should not do it outside the institution, there begins the first failure, and if they are not taught at home, less they will learn and perhaps some adults will change, but most will remain the same or worse. Perhaps the solution is like in Singapore, apply sanctions, fines or death penalty if you reoffend, what happens, if this were to be proposed they would make a scandal, but it would be a viable solution, since by the good things they do not learn.

More than all at night some people who throw garbage in strategic places, make their needs in any corner or simply park in the street open the doors and expel the needs of the moment, all this should be punished to correct them. Because not being so causes others to do it too, it seems to a foreigner the country without laws, but it is the sad reality, for some things if they are fulfilled, but for others unfortunately not.

The perfect country does not exist, perhaps some other cities in the world are almost perfect, but although Venezuela is a country that has practically everything you are looking for in two or three, unfortunately it is poorly managed and does not allow us to move forward, the capital is the most cared for, but others leave much to be desired. The most maintained are both the capital, Caracas, and the capitals of other states, but the more distant cities as they are not very visited are in oblivion.
