La zona azul se usa normalmente en la señalización de un parking para demarcar cualquier sitio para estacionar vehículos establecidos. Eso se suele ver en muchos países, pero creo que no todos cumplen con esa señalización.
The blue zone is normally used in parking lot signage to demarcate any established vehicle parking space. This is usually seen in many countries, but I believe that not all of them comply with this signage.
Por lo menos aquí en Venezuela quedará algún que otro símbolo azul con la letra P, pero no se cumple para nada, hay personas que ni siquiera respetan la señalización de un estacionamiento de personas invalidas, simplemente ocupan el puesto porque esta más cerca de la entrada al establecimiento.
At least here in Venezuela there will be some blue symbol with the letter P, but it is not complied with at all, there are people who do not even respect the signage of a parking lot for disabled people, they simply occupy the place because it is closer to the entrance of the establishment.
Esas zonas tampoco servirían de mucho, porque ahorita la gente se estaciona como le da la gana y donde quiera, se comen la flecha, se montan en las aceras, y si les reclamas o le dices algo, pues te sacan la generación entera, por simple que sea las palabras dirigidas.
Those zones would not be of much use either, because right now people park as they please and wherever they want, they eat the arrow, they ride on the sidewalks, and if you complain or say something to them, they take out the whole generation, no matter how simple the words are.
Lo peor de todo es que eso lo enseñan para sacar el carnet de conducir, ósea, o compraron el carnet o pagaron para pasar la prueba o le dijeron a alguien para tenerlo, porque si lo sabes, creo que no costaría nada cumplirlo, porque para algo lo aprendiste.
The worst of all is that they teach it to get a driver's license, that is, or they bought the license or paid to pass the test or they told someone to have it, because if you know it, I think it would not cost anything to fulfill it, because you learned it for a reason.
Por algo invertiste un tiempo en estudiar algunas señalizaciones, porque otras se pueden entender sin estudiarlo. Y si los demás no lo cumplen, no significa que los demás no lo hagan.
For something you invested some time in studying some signs, because others can be understood without studying it. And if others don't follow it, it doesn't mean that others don't follow it.
