Si bien se dice que no debemos mirar atrás o retroceder, aunque sea para coger impulso, siento que es necesario y más hoy en día. Mirar atrás puede significar muchas cosas todo dependiendo del contexto en que lo vea y lo vivas. Girar la cabeza y mirar hacia atrás puede denotar todo lo que hemos avanzado, en el camino, quizás no veamos todo lo que hemos avanzado, pero debemos tener en cuenta que comenzamos sin mucho y ahora la vida nos ha sonreído por todo el esfuerzo.
Aquí es muy común girar la cabeza a todos lados y más si andamos caminando en la calle o pasando por calles con el coche. Algunas personas andan con la cabeza dentro del celular caminando por las calles o manejando y es peligroso, primero porque genera distracción y segundo puede ser un factor que acabe con tu vida, la delincuencia anda muy activa todos los días y esperando ver a alguien despistado para actuar.
Sin desviarme del tema, pero teniendo en cuenta las situaciones, seguimos con el desarrollo. Casi siempre suelo mirar hacia atrás, algunas veces sobre todo a finales de año, y ver que tanto he avanzado, que tanto he cambiado y que tanto no, de lo que me propuse para el año cuanto cumplí y cuantas no, pero siempre con el enfoque de seguir, teniendo en cuenta el pasado y no recaer en un bucle.
Analizar el pasado para mí es indispensable, son muchas cuestiones que puse en práctica creyendo que eran las mejores y me di cuenta que no todas fueron buenas, pero sigo día a día viendo como mejorar y superarme a mi mismo y superar esas decisiones que tome que han dejado huella negativa en mí, las positivas no le presto mucha atención, mi centro de atención va enfocado a mejorar de aquí en adelante.

Looking back can mean many things all depending on the context in which you view and experience it. Turning our head and looking back can denote all that we have advanced, along the way, we may not see all that we have advanced, but we must keep in mind that we started without much and now life has smiled on us for all the effort.
Here it is very common to turn our head to all sides and more if we are walking on the street or passing through streets with the car. Some people walk with their head inside the cell phone while walking on the streets or driving and it is dangerous, first because it generates distraction and second can be a factor that can end your life, crime is very active every day and waiting to see someone clueless to act.
Without digressing from the subject, but taking into account the situations, we continue with the development. I almost always look back, sometimes especially at the end of the year, and see how far I have come, how much I have changed and how much I have not changed, how much of what I proposed for the year I accomplished and how much I did not, but always with the approach to continue, taking into account the past and not to fall back into a loop.
Analyzing the past for me is essential, there are many issues that I put into practice believing that they were the best and I realized that not all were good, but I continue day by day seeing how to improve and improve myself and overcome those decisions I made that have left a negative mark on me, the positive ones I do not pay much attention, my focus is focused on improving from here on.
