It is difficult to find a substitute in a person, it is not only about changing a person for another to occupy space, each person is different and has different skills and qualities that is very difficult to find other people like the one you had before, maybe that person had his reasons to leave what he did for something better or something more favorable, maybe where he was they did not connect and wanted him out to find someone else, but surely at some point they miss his way of being.
Maybe this phrase makes sense in some specific occasions, but the one who leaves is needed, because if he is not needed, why did he enter? and when he leaves because they looked for someone else, it is not supposed that he was not needed. Each new person that comes in will contribute something that the previous person did not, but like everything in life, there are those who have virtues and advantages that help the organization and others do not have that facility; that can be acquired, yes, but not replicated.
My replacement in my two previous jobs, if clearly if you can have, the first company went bankrupt, they were taking it a year later but it became uphill, the second is standing, but a couple of weeks ago a relative who thought he still worked there told me that the store is missing something, all I know is that I always try to contribute something and leave positive footprints, who does not appreciate it because the truth gives me the same, surely later someone else will value me, and what I like about my career is that later I can be independent.

Es difícil encontrar un sustituto en una persona, no solo se trata de cambiar a una persona por otro a ocupar espacio, cada persona es diferente y tiene diferentes habilidades y cualidades que es muy complicado buscar otras personas iguales que la que se tenía antes, quizás esa persona tuvo sus motivos para abandonar lo que hacía por algo mejor o por algo más favorable, quizás donde estaba no conectaban y lo querían fuera para encontrar a alguien más, pero seguramente en algún momento extrañen su forma de ser.
Por ahí se dice que el que se va no hace falta, los que están son los que son, quizás esta frase tenga sentido en algunas ocasiones específicas, pero el que se va, sí hace falta, porque si no hace falta, ¿por qué entró? y al irse porque buscaron a otra persona, no se supone que no hacia falta. Cada persona que entra nueva aportará algo que esa otra persona anterior no lo hacía, pero como todo en la vida, están los que tienen virtudes y ventajas que ayudan a la organización y otros no cuentan con esa facilidad; que se pueden adquirir, sí, pero replicarlo no.
Mi sustituto en mis dos trabajos anteriores, si claramente si se puede tener, la primera empresa quebró, estuvieron llevándola un año después pero se les hizo cuesta arriba, la segunda está en pie, pero hace un par de semanas atrás un familiar que pensó que todavía trabajaba ahí me dijo que le falta algo a la tienda, yo lo único que sé es que trato siempre de aportar algo y dejar huellas positivas, quien no lo sepa apreciar pues la verdad me da igual, seguramente más adelante otra persona me valore, y lo que me gusta de mi carrera es que más adelante puedo ser independiente.
