What's your favorite Animal story?. Join me as I share with you the story of an ungrateful stag, who wasn't satify with what he had and wanted perfection, it's gonna be a short one, but trust me, there's alot to learn.
A parched stag once wandered the woodland looking for water to drink. He eventually came upon a lake with pure water. Stag drank water at the lake and while drinking he saw his own reflection in the water. He was so delighted when, he noticed his lovely horns. He was delighted to see how lovely his horns are and he appreciated them, but as soon as he caught a glimpse of his legs in the mirror, he hated them reasons being that they appeared thin and very unattractive in his eyes.
Stag suddenly heard sounds of someone walking toward the water. He also noticed that a pack of hunting dogs were running in the direction of the lake. The stag became terrified and began to flee. He fled blindly in the circles in an attempt to defend himself and confuse the creepers, but the stag became stuck on the creepers due to his antlers and was unable to escape. The stag made numerous attempts to extricate himself from the creepers but was ultimately unsuccessful.
The Hunter's hounds surrounded him just around the same water he had drank from earlier, and they was no way for him to go.
Stag reflected, "I was so foolish to but hate my thin and ugly legs and admire my horns," just before Hunter's hounds murdered him.
My legs allowed me to move quickly when in danger, but despite how much I loved the beauty of my horns, they ultimately led to my demise.
Hunter's hounds that were pursuing him in the interim got up to him and killed him, and that was the end of the stag's life.
Moral lesson:
We shouldn't base decisions just on appearance. Things that are disliked frequently turn out to be more valuable and practical in dangerous situations.
