Everything comes with a price and like you I wouldn't mind to pay if they take work and worries out of my hands. It simply sucks to ask for your rent or money you borrowed.

Exactly, these offices take care of everything. Tenants don't leave the place without being inspected first. If they have to leave quickly, they have to pay for the required repairs. The commission they earn seems fair to me.
