This is my entry to the Rada Quest art contest found HERE
Here is the original card art:

And strangely, this princess isn't wearing any chains. So I decided to add some.
Created in Clip Studio Paint Pro on a Surface Pro 7+. Here is the time lapse video of me drawing it:

And here is a step-by-step breakdown of the drawing process:
Step 1: Rough Draft

Step Two: Line art layer

Step Three: Main flat color layer

Step Four: Create new clipped color layers for hair, leather, and iron

Step Five: Shading

Step Six: Create a new overlay layer for highlights

Step Seven: New layer for details like eyes. Also, found a "gold chain" brush in Clip Studio Paint to bind our princess

Step Eight: Create a background dungeon layer

Step Nine: Duplicate the main color layer, turn the entire thing black, then use the free transform tool to shift and bend it to create a shadow on the floor and wall

Step Ten: Add some glow to the chains so they look more magical

Step Eleven: Sign my initials

Step Twelve: Fame and Fortune!
Looks really good
Good job!
